How to set up and maintain your profile on peets.com.

Setting Up an Account
Saving your billing, shipping, and credit card information makes checking out easier and faster the next time you shop at www.peets.com. Just log in next time you are shopping to quickly retrieve your information during Check Out. We securely store your information, and absolutely do not share it with anybody else. Please note that your computer must accept cookies in order to save or access your account information. To set up a profile

Updating Your Account
It's very easy to update your account information. Simply log in, and click on the Profile Management link under My Account. You'll be able to change, update, and save any information you have stored with us.

We are often asked why changing your billing email does not automatically update the email you use as your password. You are able to save several billing addresses in your profile, and we therefore can't link your login email with a particular billing email. (For example, you might have a billing address for purchasing for yourself, and another for purchasing for your office.)

Password Assistance
If you have forgotten your password,
click here and we will send it immediately to your login email address.

If you are having difficulty logging in, here are some pointers:
1. Your Peet's password is case-sensitive. Please check to be sure CapsLock is off.
2. If you have a number in your password, and are using an extended keyboard, please make sure NumLock is on.
3. Are your cookies enabled? If your computer does not allow cookies, you will be unable to use or access any account information.

Tracking Orders
Your Shipping Confirmation email will contain your shipments tracking number. Track
UPS deliveries, or click here to track US Postal Service deliveries. Or call us at 800-999-2132 and we'll be glad to track your order for you.

Order History
Look up all of your previous orders in your
Order History. You will be able to look up your orders by Order Number. If you particularly enjoyed an order, you can open it in Order History and click "Repeat this Order", and we will re-create it for you.

Manage Deliveries
If you have any kind of repeating or recurring delivery from Peet's, whether a tour, a recurring order, or a Global Journey, you can use our new
Manage Deliveries section to make changes to upcoming shipments.

You can add items to your next, upcoming shipment. You can change billing and shipping information for any shipment, and either have it apply to that shipment only or apply to all upcoming shipments. You can put your order on hold while you're on vacation. You can change the next shipping date, or all shipping dates, or the frequency with which a recurring order is shipped. Or you can call Customer Service at 800-999-2132, and we'll be glad to do it for you.
